• Returns Eligibility

    Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
    Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Timeframe

    Any return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
    Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, used items and products showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

  • Refunds

    Once a return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
    Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

  • Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
